The Dry Creek Den consists of 7 bedrooms (2 sleep up to 2 people each, with king size beds, 5 sleep up to 4 each, with queen size beds), 3 sleeper sofas (that sleep 2 each). The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, stove, dishwasher, A/C and heat. There is a dining room and 2 living rooms and 1 has a fireplace. There are 5 full bathrooms, 3 with showers and 2 with Jacuzzi Tubs. One bathroom is downstairs and 4 are upstairs, which is on the main floor. Downstairs has a laundry room with washer and dryer. The Den also has 4 TV’s with Satellite, pool table and a foosball table. Linens, towels and cooking and eating utensils are provided. Minimum of 12 and maximum of 30.

Each additional person over the age of 8 years is $30.00 per person, per night. Children 7 and under are FREE. A $250.00 deposit is required for the Den.
Weekends Friday & Saturday	1st 12 people: $720.00 per night. Each additional person is $30.00. 2 Night Minimum stay required.
Weekdays Sunday – Thursday	1st 12 people: $540.00 per night. Each additional person is $30.00 per night.
Off Season Rates Oct- April	1st 12 people: $500.00 per night. Each additional person is $30.00 per night.

* All late arrivals must be confirmed with the office in advance.

* No Smoking. * Cancellations must be made ten (10) full days in advance to receive a refund, minus a $10.00 service charge.

* Early Check In fee $25.00 per unit, if clean and available.

* Security deposit of $250.00 per unit is required. If any damages are done or property stolen this may result in the loss of security deposit and additional fines may apply.

* Weekend lodging is a 2 night minimum and Holiday weekend is a 3 night minimum.

* Sunday and or Thursday rates on a Holiday Weekend are the same as Saturday Rates.

* We can not guarantee the comfort of a sofa sleeper/ futon when used as a bed.

* $25.00 non refundable pet fee (per pet) on all lodging units.
