Rafting, on the other hand, is a great recreational activity for families with small children and groups who want to stay together. Sunday-Friday rates are $29 per person and $14.50 for children 12 years old and below, while Saturday rates are $35 per person and $17.50 for children. The rental includes paddles, life-jackets, cushions, hauling of the rafts and transportation. Fret not about the safety of Huzzah Valley Resort’s rafts because they are made of a virtually-indestructible nylon-lined rubber.
Huzzah Valley Resort pioneered the fun kayaking session in the Ozarks. Kayaking, like all the Missouri Float Trips, are safe, stable and fast. If you’re a neophyte to kayaking, you don’t have to worry because you can surely kayak down the Huzzah River or Courtois Creek with ease. If you have an extra person who cannot board your raft or canoe, then kayaking is a perfect activity to count him in. There are available couples’ kayaks as well.
