The Huzzah Haven is perfect for that private get-a-way! The Huzzah Haven has 2 queen beds and 2 sofa sleepers, accommodating up to 8 people. The Haven comes with a full bath, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, central air and heat, BBQ grill and a HOT TUB!! This unit comes fully equipped with linens, towels and cooking utensils!The hot tub is perfect for those cool summer nights! Private stairway to the River!!

Each additional person over the age of 8 years is $30.00 per person, per night. Children 7 and under are FREE. 100% payment in full to reserve lodging. A $50.00 security deposit is required.
Weekends Friday & Saturday	1st 2 people $220.00 per night $30.00 for each additional person 2 Night Minimum stay required.
Weekdays Sunday – Thursday	1st 2 people $170.00 per night $30.00 for each additional person
Off Season Rates Oct- April	1st 2 people $145.00 per night $30.00 for each additional person

* Check In 3:00- 8:00 PM. * Check- Out : 11:00 AM.

* All late arrivals must be confirmed with the office in advance.

* NO Smoking. * Huzzah Haven comes complete with linens, towels, and cooking utensils.

* Cancellations must be made ten (10) full days in advance to receive a refund, less $10.00 Service Charge.

* Early check in fee of $25.00 per unit, if clean and available.

* Security Deposit of $50.00 per unit is required. If any damages are done or property stolen this may result in loss of security deposit and additional fines may apply.

* Weekend lodging is a 2 night minimum and Holiday weekend is a 3 night minimum.

*Sunday and or Thursday rates on a Holiday weekend are the same as Saturday Rates.

* We can not guarantee the comfort of sofa sleepers/futons when used as a bed.

* $25.00 Non- Refundable pet fee (pet pet) on all lodging units.
