The Lea House consists of 5 bedrooms, with double beds, accommodating 4-6 people each. Enjoy the “home away from home” feel of the living room with satellite TV, dining room, kitchen and 3 showers with restrooms. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, A/C and heat. Guests need to provide their own sheets, towels, pillows and cooking and eating utensils. There is a big BBQ Grill outside. This house is full of country charm! Minimum of 12 people and maximum of 28.

$100 security deposit required. Each additional person over the age of 8 years is $30.00 per person, per night. Children 7 and under are FREE.
Weekends Friday & Saturday	1st 12 people are: $540.00 per night. Each additional person is $30.00 per night. 2 Night Minimum stay required.
Weekdays Sunday – Thursday	1st 12 people are: $440.00 per night. Each additional person is $30.00 per night.
Off Season Rates Oct- April	1st 12 people are: $400.00 per night. Each additional person is $30.00 per night.

*Security deposit of $100.00 per unit is required. If any damages are done or property stolen this may result in loss of security deposit and additional fines may apply.

*Weekend lodging is a 2 night minimum and Holiday weekends is a 3 night minimum.

*Sunday and or Thursday rates on a Holiday Weekend are the same as Saturday Rates.

*We can not guarantee the comfort of a sofa sleeper/futon when used as a bed.
